New Moon Sound Healing
WED 19 NOV || 6.00PM - 8.30PM
Please join me in the peaceful surrounds of Nathan Valley Foliage Farm for an evening of deep rest and renewal as we attune to the powerful energy of the New Moon on Wednesday, 19th November.
The evening will begin with a gentle cleansing ritual to release and reset, followed by a transformative one-hour sound healing journey led by sound alchemists Jodie from Yin Empress Healing and Michael from Supersonic Harmonics.
What to Expect
Guided settling: intention-setting, grounding meditation, brief talk on this New Moon’s energy and how to work with it.
Mindful walk: a candle-lit walk across the property to the canopy of the old pecan trees for a gentle cleansing ceremony
Sound bath: immersive sound journey using designed to open your heart, clear the energetic field and allow new patterns to emerge.
Integration & sharing: time to sip herbal tea (or warm drink), journal or share insights, and gently return to the space from which you came.
What to Bring
A yoga mat or mattress, blanket and pillow for comfort.
Wear comfy, layered clothing.
A journal and pen if you’d like to write during reflection time at the end.
